The EU-funded BETTER4U project invites you to join our BETTER4ALL clinical trial.
This study is testing a new, personalised approach for weight management that combines lifestyle support with advanced science, artificial intelligence (AI), and real-time monitoring tools.
By joining, you’ll gain tailored insights into your health and genetic predisposition, while helping researchers design more effective and sustainable strategies for weight management across Europe.
What are the benefits of joining the BETTER4ALL trial?

Study duration: 6-month lifestyle intervention + 6-months follow-up.
Registration opens from: January 7th, 2026
Registration deadline: March 31st, 2026

Who can participate?
- Ages 18–65 years old
- Having Overweight or Obesity (BMI ≥ 25 kg/m2)
- Owning an Android smartphone
- Are comfortable using technology (app + smartwatch)
- Living in (or can travel to) the city of the trial
