Ph.D., is Professor of Nutrition and a Senior Scientist at the USDA-Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts where he also is the Director of the Nutrition and Genomics Laboratory. In addition, he is Professor of Genetics and Pharmacology at the School of Biomedical Sciences. In Spain, he is leader of the Nutritional Genomics and Epigenomics Group at IMDEA-Food, Madrid.
