Eufic

CEIDSS is a non-profit Research Organization working in health promotion focused on the social determinants of health.  Its mission is to produce innovative intervention research to improve the health status of the population, with an emphasis education on health determinants and risk factors linked with non-communicable diseases.

CEIDSS works in association with local and national authorities. While participating in European projects, CEIDSS has a strong experience in developing national and international comprehensive programs on tackling malnutrition, aligned with health strategies and priorities.

EUFIC, the European Food Information Council, is a non-profit organisation that offers accessible, appealing and actionable science-based information on food and health – to inspire and empower both the general public and health professionals.

EUFIC has extensive expertise in translating and tailoring scientific results into digestible materials. Versatile audio-visual materials are produced to satisfy the needs of different audiences, from simple infographics explaining basic food and health concepts, to thorough reviews of scientific literature.

EUFIC’s communication tools and networks ensure broad and effective dissemination.

The team members

Stephan Kampshoff

Stephan works as a manager in the EU Collaboration team of EUFIC. He is involved in different stages of EU-funded projects, including proposal writing, and project management as well as leading and performing science communication tasks in EUFIC’s project portfolio. Stephan holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Health from the University of Applied Sciences in Münster.

Darya Silchenko

Darya works as a junior project manager in the EU Collaboration team of EUFIC. She is involved in different stages of EU-funded projects, including proposal writing, project management and the implementation of science communication activities of several projects. Darya holds a BA in Sustainable Development and a MSc in Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security.

Malou Reipurth

Malou works in EUFIC’s research department managing research projects and publications. She completed a BA in Global Nutrition and Health from the Metropolitan University College, Denmark, and an M.Sc. in Food Innovation and Health at the University of Copenhagen, during which she focused on consumers, behaviour change, and plant-based and sustainable diets.
