The BETTER4U project is part of the newly formed cluster of EU funded projects working on obesity-related topics, called OBEClust.
Comprised of 9 project, the overall aim of OBEClust is to constitute a European multidisciplinary network of experts in the field of obesity, aimed to jointly strengthen and align project methods, outputs and impact of obesity prevention projects currently funded by the European Commission.
The two main objectives of the cluster are:
- To form a peer support group to discuss common methodological strategies and expertises.
- To establish common methodological and/or policy guidelines to tackle societal, scientific and political issues related to obesity in Europe.

CoDiet | CoDiet is an international research project that aims to combat diet-related diseases through innovative diet-monitoring technologies and personalised nutrition. HealthyW8 | HealthyW8 aims to prevent obesity by taking a multi-disciplinary portfolio approach that combines interventions focusing on diet, physical activity, and psycho-emotional aspects. The project will consider obesity as a multifactorial phenomenon and account for individual, interpersonal, organizational, community, and public policy levels.
