The BETTER4U consortium gathered in Bern for its 4th consortium meeting from February 19-20th, 2026.
Our team’s researchers and collaborators came together to review progress achieved over the past year and align on the next phase of implementation. European Commission Project Officer Marina Koussathana also joined the meeting online, contributing to discussions on key scientific and administrative milestones.
A central focus was the preparation of the upcoming BETTER4U randomised controlled trial (RCT), which will take place in seven European countries and involve adults aged 18β65 living with overweight or obesity. The trial will evaluate a large-scale personalised lifestyle intervention designed to support more sustainable weight management outcomes across diverse populations.
